About Zola & How I found my cat and got to adopt my beautiful cat Zola.

  Below is a little information on how I found Zola my cat. Maybe I should more say how she called me to her and decided I was the lucky one that she would go home with. In ways it was her ESP and soul that drew me that and I knew it from the time I saw her and heard her call out to me. About a month or two before I walked into the pet store *PETCO in Carrollton Texas USA* I parked my car outside the very same pet store known as PETCO telling myself not to go into the pet store since it was a bad time to get a pet. I drove back home that day even though I felt a very strong need to go into the pet store. It was almost like something there was calling out to me in ways of ESP. I guess zola had already taken control of me before I ever saw her grin. A month later when I went into the pet store *petco in Carrollton texas* I found that my car was parked right on the other side of the wall where Zola's cage with her inside waiting to make me take her home grin. It was like I felt my cat was there and felt I was being in ways sent to go in the pet store to meet my new baby kitten named zola. I am so glad that the last time I felt that I was being drawn into the pet store I shut off the car and went in to meet my new baby zola. The feeling or need to go into that Pet Store was so strong that I could not resist.

   I got to adopt my cat Zola from a pet store in Carrollton Texas *USA* known as Petco December Of 2003. Zola my cat was hiding under her cat bed in the pet store as she called out to me yelling meow. I guess she meant take me now to my new home mama grin. She had the most beautiful cat cry I ever heard. Of course I went to her cage and put my hand in to try to reach her and pet her on the head. Zola then came out from under the cat bed and started rubbing against my hand and licking me like she was giving me cat kisses.

   When I asked about zola the pet store employee there told me it was Zola's last day there in the pet store and then she was going back to the SPCA shelter. At the time it was 2003 and I was told that they put pets to sleep *meaning kill cats and dogs that they could not find homes for. I did not know if this was true about the Texas SPCA killing cats that they could not find homes for in the early 2000's or not but, I was not willing to risk zolas life by leaving her at PETCO when I could easily take her home with me. All Zola wanted was love and someone to feed her and care for her. It scares me and angers me to think of how abused she must have been prior to me finding her there. I am very sure zola was an abused cat by her prior owners or someone that had her before I did. You can tell when people or animals are abused in ways by their actions and how they react to other people ect. I am very lucky that I found my cat zola while I was in Texas feeling so alone in ways. I am very happy the SPCA let me adopt the world's most beautiful and loving cat known as My Baby Zola *grin*. In many ways my cat zola has saved my life and changed my life from the first time I ever saw her. Zola is not only a cute kitten but also a very smart and loving cat as well.

    I am not sure if I take care my cat or if she is the one taking care of me. Grin. Sometimes my cat makes me go to bed by jumping up and rubbing my face & licking me like she is grooming me for bed. If that does not work and I have it is very late she starts to attack me like I am her kitten and she is scolding me. I then rush to bed and she cuddles me and loves on me until we both fall asleep with her purring me feeling like I could almost purr. When I got Zola she was 1 year and 2 months old. Every day we get even closer. We do just about everything together. Sometimes when I am in the shower Zola sits outside the curtain and meows or cries for me to come out. Zola wakes me daily with cat kisses and hugs. My cat also helps me type at times hence for the hurry on uploading pages at times. Grin. Sometimes it is a little strange when Zola takes over the chat room but, maybe people just can not yet translate kitten talk yet. grin
